strive to keep a good inventory of items and sizes,
however, we do at times have to order in items that
may be on backorder. We will promptly notify you if
any items are on backorder, along with an estimated
delivery time. This way you can choose to wait for
the item, or choose to replace it with another item. |

Shipping
We ship
via USPS or UPS. Packages are shipped with
delivery confirmation for our records. Normal
processing & shipping time varies between 4-7 days,
Parcel Post may take longer. If you have a question
on your order shipment or need your item by a

Returns
ABSOLUTELY
NO REFUNDS are available on personalized items
unless there was an error on our part such as
spelling of name, location of personalization,
defective item, etc.
Returns will not be accepted without a return
authorization #. Contact us at
1-888-212-2511
to receive a Return Authorization #. Items are
refundable as long as they are received back in
unworn condition within 10 days of the shipping
receipt date. Returns made after this date are
subject to a 15% restock fee. Please note that
postage and shipping charges are non refundable and
you are responsible for return postage.
